We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our lashes. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we will work with you to make it right! Simply contact us within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. 

  • No returns or exchanges for limited edition lashes.

  • If your order is returned after 30 days, you will only be eligible for an exchange.

  • Packages returned to High Lash Darling due to an incomplete or undeliverable address, refused package, and return to sender are considered a return package.


Please email info@highlashdarling.com within 7 days from delivery with any discrepancy orders, such as incorrect orders or damaged products. All mistakes or damaged orders must be resolved within 7 business days of original contact to receive full credit/replacement.

Please allow 7-15 business days for your return to be processed. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund charge to reflect back onto your bank statement.

We monitor returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We flag customers who meet our criteria for excessive returns. Customers who are flagged may be subject to our review, and revocation of standard customer return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

If you’ve purchased our products from Amazon, please inquire about your returns directly with that retailer.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS: Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Your order will begin being processed once you receive your order confirmation by email. If you need to change anything about your order or would like to cancel it, please email us as soon as possible at info@highlashdarling.com.
