High Lash Darling is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments including Priority and Express shipping options. Once the package has been dispatched, we are not liable for any damaged, delayed, or lost packages. We are not responsible for packages lost by the postal service once it's in the postal services possession we are no longer responsible.
Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender. High Lash Darling is not liable for any returns due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender. High Lash Darling has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to the fulfillment facility. All orders considered lost, damaged, or delayed must be addressed within 10 days of the most recent tracking scan or delivery date.
All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address changes will be considered but not guaranteed.
